FMC650 SMS APN configuration

Hello,

I would like to set the SIM APN via SMS on a Teltonika FMC650. However, when I send the SMS command setparam 2001:apn;2016:0 it always returns: New value 2001:;value 2016:0;. Is there a known bug regarding this? FW version is 03.01.00 Rev14.

Hello

No this is not a bug,The response indicates that param ID 2001 which is to configure APN value is being set to an empty value, This is because you are not giving any APN value

Eg: setparam 2001:“Enter APN”

Hello,

the format of the SMS I’m sending is: setparam 2001:abc.defghi and I always receive a reply SMS showing that parameter 2001 is not set.

I have the same issue with the same device model. Where you able to overcome this?
