I am working with FMC650 and I have the latitude, longitude, altitude and degrees but these do not match in the hexadecimal data that I receive on my server.
Good day @DavidRamirez
It’s worth noting that before GNSS module in our devices acquires a valid satellite fix, it will often transmit default coordinate values. These default values are typically placeholders for a location such as what you are getting on your server. You will see these default coordinates when the device is just powered on but once a valid GNSS fix is obtained and data backlog to be sent to server is cleared (Usually a few minutes after the device acquires GPRS), the device will start reporting the actual geographical coordinates.
Additionally, it is important to note that there are several potential time variables that can introduce slight variations in GNSS tracking such as Data Record Time, Data Send Time, Data receive Time, Data Processing Time and Data Display Time.
Please check the timestamps associated with the raw data and data on device to verify this.
If the discrepancies persist, please real out to your Sales Manager to connect you to Technical Engineers.
Kind regards
