FMC650 - Ignition Off bug

Hi, I’ve been getting incorrect Ignition indicator data on my FMC650 (framework version rev.15).

Ignition is configured to “Power Voltage” between 11v and 30v. But i’ve been getting records like this:

{“22”:5,“71”:3,“240”:1,“21”:5,“200”:0,“239”:0,“67”:9272,“68”:51,“181”:10,“182”:6,“66”:11864,“24”:115}

As you can see ignition is off (“239”:0) but voltage is 11.8v (“66”:11864).

This error is inconsistent, the next records show ignition on.

This issue could occur due to voltage threshold placement, electrical load fluctuations, and ADC sampling/filtering timing in the FMC650 ignition logic.

Could you please contact your sales manager so that they can assist you with creating a partner portal ticket as this issue would require log analysis and hardware device inspection.
