FMC650 explain the dual sim future

Hello guys can anyone explain to me how is the FMC650 dual sim working ?

like i put 2 differrent SIM operator but only one of them is insert the second is not insert

how i can be sure that fmc650 with dual sim it will switch from operator to another operator ?

i have putiing the GPRS settings to run the two different OPERATOR and is only recognize to one operator
