FMC650 CANbus use

Hi, I am a developer for FMC650 -based application, that is: monitoring of a little agricultura device.
The FMC650 looks like a pretty, powerful device but I have the feeling that the firmware is still a little immature. I noticed the following issues. Please note I am using “manual CAN commands” due to the specifications of the vehicle monitored, which is based on CANopen and not on J1939.

  1. if I program certain “Manual CAN commands”, they are wiped after system reboot
  2. CAN commands cannot be configured by SMS
  3. using 500kbps speed, signal acquisition is unstable - after 10, 15 minutes CAN data is suspended. I suspect it is due to some “sleep” options, even if I disabled all of these functions
  4. if I ask CAN message content through SMS, i receive the DECIMAL content, which is unusable (HEX like in the transmitted codec8 data would be much better).

TFT-100 on the same vehicle works perfectly.

Can you please check? I have the feeling that these issues can only be solved by Teltonika firmware developers
