FMC640 - Missing parameter for “Other Work” driver activity from tachograph

Hello,

We are currently using the FMC640 device in combination with a digital tachograph and noticed that there is no available parameter or IO element related to the “Other Work” activity of the driver (as defined by the tachograph standard, along with Driving, Rest, and Availability).

Is there any way to obtain this information through the device configuration or via FMS/Tachograph interfaces?

If this parameter is currently not supported, are there any plans to add it in a future firmware release? This data is important for our business logic and driver activity monitoring.

I hope you are doing well. Tachograph Data parameters that can be fetched from the device are available on the Configurator.

However, if you have clarifications regarding the other parameters that you want to fetch from the device. Suggesting you to coordinate with your Sales Manager so we can further assist you.
