I have got several FMC150 devices working several weeks ago from. One of them stoped sending information some days ago. Once connected to a computer I saw that ‘GPRS Status’ was disabled. Firmware update didn’t solved the problem. Testing another SIM card didn’t resolved the problem. I had to reset device configuration and reload it again.
Which could be the problem?
I can see a ‘Transfer AGPSM file’ update some days ago, may be the date where it stopped working. Other devices has that update but they are working ok.
The ‘Transfer AGPSM file’ update that was installed around the time the device stopped working could have caused a software glitch or conflict with the configuration settings, leading to the issue. Resetting the configuration would have cleared any conflicting settings.
Furthermore, reset the configuration of the device and add the APN.
Then, try to check if it works or not.
In case it doesn’t work, the device might have an issue with the modem.
We need to check the log in order to investigate further on the issue.

The memory was not full when it stopped working. The device was firmware updated an configuration resetted so I don’t know if any logs still alive. Where can I find those logs?
Thank you for the detailed response, Maryam! I’m a bit confused about the sdformat and deleterecords commands—will running these commands delete any critical data or configurations I need to back up beforehand? Also, where exactly can I retrieve the device logs for the HD ticket? Thanks in advance!
