FMC150 not supported in current Configurators

Hi,

I just received a FMC150 (IMEI: 866069068765856) that I need to configure for a installation this weekend. When I connect it in Teltonika Configurator it shows as “Not supported”.

Device firmware: 03.28.07 Rev:159

I’ve already tried both current public Configurator versions:

  • 1.7.74.E.FMX150_R.16 (paired with FW 03.29.00.Rev.157)
  • 1.8.21_B.4.01_R.10 (paired with FW 04.01.00.Rev.08)

Neither recognizes this firmware version. I don’t yet have FOTA Web access, so I can’t update the device remotely either.

Is there an older/intermediate Configurator build that supports 03.28.07.Rev.159 directly, so I can at least get the device recognized locally over USB? Alternatively, is there anything that can be done to speed up getting my FOTA Web access?

For this requirement, you will need the respective firmware version and the compatible Configurator version to open and configure the device.

To provide you with the relevant Configurator version, I suggest raising a support ticket with us. Please note that we cannot share here, the firmware or Configurator versions that are not available through the general release.

If the device was not purchased directly from us, please contact your seller and request the required firmware/Configurator.
