My fmc150 is not receiving sms

Hi Vado,

Good day, please check the following.

1. Make sure that you send the SMS commands correctly.
   Follow the syntax here: FMB SMS/GPRS Commands - Wiki Knowledge Base | Teltonika GPS (teltonika-gps.com)

2. Check if the SIM is detected by the device ICCID should be visible.

3. Operator code should be detected by the device.

4. Once you send the SMS from the configurator please check the SMS count and check for the Received SMS.

At the moment, we do not have the public configurator download link for the FMA120. In this case, please create an HD ticket or contact your sales manager.

You can create HD ticket via https://teltonika-gps.com/ and click on the “Contact Us” button. When you click, please fill out the form and submit it. This way we will provide a download link for the FMA120 device’s configurator.
