We are using FMC150 devices on Citroën C3 Hybrid vehicles. However, the devices do not return any data for odometer and fuel consumed.
On your FOTA Web platform, we tried running the auto-scan, but it doesn’t work. Furthermore, the Citroën C3 Hybrid model does not appear in the options when trying to load the OEM file.
Could you please let us know if this specific hybrid model is supported for these parameters, and which configuration or CAN program/OEM file we should apply?
