I bought an FMC150, but I can’t get help from the dealer, I’m the final consumer and I’m doing the project for my car. I have a 2025 Mazda CX-5 and can’t configure it to read the CAN. On the page, it says to get the Teltonika OEM or .gc1 file for a 2025 Mazda CX-5, or to register my IMEI in their WEB FOTA to inherit a temporary token.

You can use the AutoScan feature to retrieve CAN data from the vehicle. Connect the device to the correct CAN lines and send the following SMS/GPRS command:
runautoscan
The device will then search for and download the relevant CAN configuration file from FOTA Web. Once the correct file has been installed, the device should begin receiving CAN data from the vehicle.
