I have FMC150 and Mazda CX-5 2024. The FMC150 is connected to Mazda’s CAN like this:
CAN1-H to Pin6 OBDII
CAN1-L to Pin 14 OBDII
FMC 150 works, I’m getting location data, but Autoscan doesn’t work. When I turn on the engine (or ignition), the “OEM Autoscan Running” appears, but it never goes away, also I can see this error “Could not load CAN configurations. Please check your internet connection. Error: Fota token not found”. I’m seeing this on my laptop, that is connected to FMC150 over bluetooth and of course laptop has unlimited internet access.
Dropdowns for choosing make and model are unavailable. Location is Poland. Can anyone help me with this or share OEM file for Mazda CX-5 2024?
In order to solve the issue where the Configurator returns “Could not load CAN configurations. Please check your internet connection. Error: Fota token not found”, please follow the FMC150 OEM file Upload via Configurator instructions specified at the link below:
Furthermore, it’s likely that the CAN line on the OBDII Port of this vehicle is not suitable to run an AutoScan.
