You may need to use the recommended Configurator version for your device, as I believe this is not a general-release firmware. Therefore, I am unable to provide the exact required Configurator version.
What I can share is the Configurator download link. I suggest using the version compatible with firmware 03.29.00.rev.18 from the link below and checking whether the firmware is supported there.
