FMC130 - No display of satellite data in the Konfigurator

I have a problem with the FMC130.
After correct installation according to the manual, the FMC130 is also displayed, but nothing is displayed in the Location and Satellite field.
Where could the fault lie?

The FMC is located directly in front of the window, so it has a clear view of the sky.
