FMC130 movment + buzzer settings

I would like to configure the FMC130KYU801 for the following scenario, but it seems very complicated:

If someone moves my motorcycle while the ignition is off, then an SMS should be sent to me and a phone call should be made, and at the same time a buzzer connected to the DOUT2 wire should be activated. If the ignition is on, then nothing should happen.

Please help.

This is crazy. Why would Teltonika change the user interface so many times that nobody knows how to configure this damn product.
