At the moment, i am having an issue with a Teltonika FMC130.
The issue being that the date being received in the server is incorrect, with the date being 2022-05-06.
The position and other information is correct, however the server does not take the information as valid mainly because of this issue.
The getinfo SMS replies RTC:2022/5/6 20:31 Init:2022/5/6 20:7 UpTime:1442s PWR:Abnormal RST:193 GPS:3 SAT:17 TTFF:22 TTLF:22 NOGPS:0:0 SR:23 FG:0 FL:0 SMS:0 REC:2 MD:4 DB:0
And the gestatus

The firmware is Ver:03.27.13_54 GPS:AXN_5.1.9 Hw:FMC130 Mod:4
In this case, i would like to ask if there is something that we can do to solve this as such.

Good day,
Please kindly follow the troubleshooting steps below:
- From the System select After Time Sync
- Then from the Time Synchronization
- NTP Resych (h) : 1
- NTP server must be whitelisted to your SIM card to synchronize the time.
These settings will allow your device to synch first its time before saving/sending packets to your server.
You can also try to update the firmware of your device to the latest version which is 03.27.13.rev.443
