Fmc130/fmb130 use of the buzzer and immobilizer

I installed a BUZZER on the DOUT 2 output and configured it to sound when the speed exceeds the set limit and for driver identification. However, it only works for driver identification; it sounds until the key is turned on. But when the speed exceeds the limit, the buzzer does not sound.

CAN I USE A SINGLE OUTPUT FOR BOTH FUNCTIONS?

Good day, please change the priority of Immobilizer and overspeeding to LOW and make a test again, you have configured both scenarios as HIGH priority and the DOUT you selected is the same meaning there will be a conflict with the DOUT activation.

Can I set one to high priority and the other to low priority, and that way it would work using the same output? Or do I necessarily have to have both set to low priority?

You can make a test to know the results, also if this didn’t work kindly try to use a different DOUT like DOUT 1 for overspeeding and DOUT 2 for Immobilizer

I need a FIRMWARE update so that the same output can be activated for different functions. As I ask you, I talk to my manager to order it because we are your customers.

Both situations didn’t work.
I want to use a single output for different functions. Does that have an additional cost if we are customers or not? And how long would that FW take with that modification?
