Hi my name is Cesar and I’m having a problem with the sms commands, I’ve tried some different SMS command and I receive no response from any SMS command.
I’ve follow the SMS command structure with no password and username so I’m using the two blank spaces before the command, example: “ getinfo”.
I need to specify that commands like output activation doesn’t work at all, the output doesn’t change.

Could you please confirm if you are not receiving a response to any SMS commands, or if you are receiving a response for ‘getinfo’ but not for ‘setdigout’?
If ‘getinfo’ is working but ‘setdigout’ is not, the digital outputs may be configured to work under a specific scenario. In that case, they cannot be controlled using the regular SMS command.
If the problem is only with dout control via SMS try using ‘setdigoutm’ instead of ‘setdigout’. The command ‘setdigoutm’ overwrites the scenario settings.
Also, please share a screenshot of the SMS command you sent.

I’m not receiving a reponse to any SMS, I thought it could be a SIM problem like blocked SMS but I put the SIM in a cellphone and it worked so SIM is ok.
I know “clearallreports” is not a valid command I was trying to test if a invalid command could have an ERROR response but it didn’t happen.
Is there a chance that could be a firmware problem? This is the actual fw: 04.00.00.Rev.13
Please check if you have configured any SMS login and Password or configured any Authorised phone numbers in device. Then the SMS needs to be sent from configured phone number.
Also check if you have configured any Sleep modes (other than online deep sleep mode), try disabling the Sleep mode and check.
Also if you are using Any M2M or IoT SIM card, then please check if phone number from which you are sending the SMS command needs to be whitelisted in device SIM card, check with the operator. Or try with normal SIM card and check.
