Hello. I need the configurator for FMC125 dual cam device. I am having the old configurator for FMC125 dualcam. when i open my latest configuration file using the old configurator so i got an error that this version is not supported. and when i use the new configurator to open the dualcam configuration file so in this configurator i wont get the Dualcam section.

when i use this configurator and open my configuration file. Here i am not able to get DUALCAM section here.
Also when i look for FMC125 AVL IDs in teltonika wiki page. I won’t find there the AVL IDs regarding camera, like SD card status and etc.
Secondly in one of my FMC125 device the firmware in it is 03.29.00.Rev.14 when i try to change it to this 03.27.13.Rev.663 through FOTA web , the task failed immediately. Why this happens ?

Please use the latest firmware for the Dual CAM now it supports base 29 firmware.

hello. When i request for camera through GPRs command it says “Error: Front Camera not present” and when i check the SD card AVL data in AVL records so where i found value = 0 in AVL ID 497 & 498 although the SD card is present in the camera.
Also i send camera restart command. but it wont work out. i got this error when i request for camera restart “Camera front restart cmd fail: 3”
