FMC003 - Vauxhall Mokka-E OBD Issues

Hi All,

I have a 2022 Vauxhall Mokka-E (which should be compatable possibly with the OPEL ID?), I have been trying to get the OBD to work correctly but all i can get is the VIN ( which i typed in manually ) and the odometer, CODEC 8 Extended is active, FOTA tells me “Transfer OBD configuration file , Task was successfully completed”. I would really like to get the OEM info eg OEM Remaining Distance, Service,Battery Charge, Charge Level,SOH,Consumption, BatteryTemp.

( I think it maybe a PID issue, but i have No idea at all how to fix this )

Hello Craig,

I hope you are doing well. Could you help to check on the Configurator if the OBD Parameters turns to green or is there any data that were read from the device under Status Tab>OBD Info?

If in case, Auto and Manual VIN were tried and data were not showing up. I recommend you to create a Helpdesk Ticket or contact your Sales Manager so we can assist you further.

There appears to be some data but not a lot from the OBD ?

As Have some information is there anything I can do ? or should I be raising a Helpdesk ticket ?

Can you provide the VIN (you can omit the last 6 characters for privacy)?

Thank you. Please execute an OEM reset (either via configurator button or SMS/GPRS command oemreset) and check the parameters again

one other issue ( i do not know if I should open another post ) when the EV is charging the OBD is not active so i can not see the charging data eg “410 OEM Battery charge state” and “411 OEM Battery charge level” I thought these should be available ?
