I’m reaching out for assistance with my Teltonika FMC003 device. I’m trying to use it with Traccar, but I’m not receiving any OBD measurements on the platform.
My vehicle is a BMW E92 335i (2007). Although this model wasn’t listed as supported in 2024, it now appears in the latest supported vehicle list.

Currently, I only receive basic data such as ACC status and speed, but no detailed OBD information. When I connect to the FMC003 via Bluetooth, I can confirm that OBD data is being read correctly — however, it isn’t being transmitted to Traccar.
Troubleshooting Performed

Checked transmitted data logs — no OBD data appears to be sent.

Verified OBD data availability via Bluetooth — data visible (see attached screenshots).

Confirmed that OBD data transmission is enabled (“Low” setting in configuration).

Updated the FMC003 to the latest firmware, but the issue persists.

Using Codec 8 Extended protocol (configuration screenshots and log file attached).
Additional Findings
I believe I’ve identified the possible cause.
In the OBD status section, I’m getting a VIN decoding failure, and the log repeatedly shows the following error:

This vehicle should use the ISO 15765-4 (CAN bus) diagnostic protocol, but the FMC003 reports ISO 14230-4 (KWP) instead. This suggests that the supported vehicle list may be incorrect or incomplete for this model.
