I have an FMC003 device that has never had its firmware updated and is currently running version 03.28.00.
We attempted to update the firmware and configure new parameters, but we were unable to get the configurator to support the device. We were told the correct configurator is E.FMX003_R.2, but we have not been able to find it and have not received any response.
Can anyone help us? We have been dealing with this issue since 2024, and I have five more devices with the same problem.
The configurator and firmware version you are currently using are older versions. If you would like to update them, the latest configurator is available on the Wiki, and you can directly update the device to the same.
For your reference, I am sharing the link below. Please update the device with the shared firmware and then try accessing the device using the same configurator version provided.

@slope game Going directly from such an old firmware might still cause compatibility issues, so I’d back up configs first before updating all devices. Did the configurator at least detect the FMC003 over USB, or was it completely unsupported?
Hello, I have had the same issue. Every firmware version seems to come with its dedicated configurator version.
If you have a device with old firmware, you need to find the old configurator version for this firmware. Otherwise the configurator will just show “Not Supported”.
In my case i also had to install an old .NET version because older configurators wouldn’t install on the newest .NET version.
