Question about FMC003. I am trying to use that device with Renault Megane E-Tech Electric 2023 which should be fine according to OBD supported EV list but still I dont see io389 value on server side. When I connect same device to another car than it works. Any ideas about the solution?
Set the Accelerometer Delay Settings as follows:
Movement start delay - 5 to 12 seconds
Movement stop delay - 30 to 60 seconds
Setting Movement Start Delay/Stop Delay for EV
Note: This helps to ensure still rapid response for data reading but also a protection for quick state changes.
2. Set the Movement and Ignition source to Accelerometer
Movement Source for EV
Ignition Source for EV
Set the OBD feature to Non-OBD compliant for EV.
OBD Feature for EV
Set the VIN Source to Manual if Auto doesn’t work.
Lastly Send the oemreset or click the OEMreset to redownload the configuration file.
I have now tried all these suggestions but still I don’t see io389 value in configurator or on the server side.
I must say, I am little bit confused now. I checked again “supported electric-vehicle list for FMC003” and that is kind of saying that “FMx003” supports Renault Megane E-Tech. I guess FMC003 should work according to that list.
Now if I check “Teltonika data sending parameter ID” list (OBD elements section) that does not confirming me that “io389 OBD OEM Total Mileage” should work with FMC003 on any type of car because there is supported HW column that says that only FMB003 is supported.
