FMC003 bootloop after oemreset command

Hi everyone,
My FMC003 has been stuck in a bootloop since
After I sent an “oemreset” command through the platform.

Looking for anyone who has recovered from this.

— What happened —
I sent a custom “oemreset” command. Device responded with
“OBD OEM FSM restarted”, then dropped the connection (close_code 17)
and never reconnected. Has been completely offline since.

— Current symptoms —
Device is on 12V bench power.
Navigation LED pattern (repeating):

  • Fast continuous blinking ~5 seconds
  • Brief off
  • Solid on for a few seconds
  • Back to fast blinking

This matches the “firmware update in progress” pattern from the wiki,
so I think it’s stuck in a bootloader loop.
USB: continuously connects/disconnects on PC — Configurator can’t
hold connection long enough to do anything.
Bluetooth: same behavior.
Tested same setup with another FMC003 — works perfectly fine.
So it’s definitely this unit.

— What I’ve tried —

  • Power cycle (removed 12V, waited several minutes)
  • SMS cpureset — no response at all
  • Teltonika Configurator via USB — detects briefly then drops

— Questions —

  1. Is there a way to catch the USB window fast enough to force
    a firmware flash in Configurator?
  2. Does Teltonika have a bootloader recovery tool for this situation?
  3. Has anyone recovered a FMC003 from this state?

Any help appreciated. Thanks!
