we are using FMC003 amd FMC130 along with Wialon Gurtam.
The issue: Devices keep offline.
The diagnosis:
1.Wialon said eveything is fine from their side.
2. The Sim Card Provider told us to test the M2M SIM card and worked on the phones, only required manuall APN on android, but on the configurator no changes were required.
3. The Devices were blinking once connected to the car
4. Used on Laptop High Speed internet.
5. Conditions reuired by the instruction manual and videos were met.
Yet Still Failure,
note location is in the middle east.
Could you please confirm whether Deep Sleep Mode is disabled in the configuration file?
In this mode, the device’s GSM and GPS are turned off, which prevents the device from sending data until certain conditions are met.
