Fmc 150 GNSS status

My fmc150 gnss status is saying fix as attached. Is it the cause why the device is not receiving sms if so, wat should i do

Good day, the GNSS is for the Satellite Signals, please check the GSM info tab.

Possible reasons why the device is not receiving SMS.

1. The device is not able to acquire operator code.
2. Check if the SIM is inserted properly or if there is any damage from the SIM slot.
3. Check if the ICCID from the IO is detected.
