Los FMC125 FMC150, no conectan y no funcionan, ya Conecté a mi PC al puerto serie del módem usando un cable USB a serie, y cuando intento configurarlo, muestra “No se puede conectar”.

As per your question, I suggest you use the compatible configurator version for the firmware currently installed on the device using the link below.
If you are using any firmware version that is not listed or is too old, then we may not be able to provide the compatible configurator from our end, as we are unable to share those versions directly here in public platform.
