My FMB965 was working fine until yesterday, when the comunication with traccar went offline. I checked on FOTA and is also offline. I tried with sms commands and is answering and giving me the correct location.
I verified the configuration of the APN and it’s corect!
I tried the sim card on another FMB965 with the same configuration, and it works fine.
What can be the cause of the problem on the FMB965 that stopped comunicating?
It might be that the software has simply crashed. Disconnect your device from the vehicle and also disconnect the internal battery for a minute and plug everything back in. Most likely it will start working again immediately.

Hope you are doing well. Default value for Time Synchronization is 3, however it might not fully affect the device since the Record Saving/Sending without TS is set to Always.
Although, you can set a value of 1 for the Time Synchronization so the device would synchronized automatically. Suggesting you to follow this link for First Start on the device Config: Universal Device Test Guide - Teltonika Telematics Wiki
