Queue showing pending from long time. send command from GPRS web_connect but still nothing changed. anyone can help ?

The device’s last seen on fota web is 23-07-2024 ,means that the device has been offline for 2 days, which is why the task is still pending,
There could be several reasons for this
- GPRS may have been deactivated in sim card inserted in the device.
- Make sure that the device is powered on.
- verify that the device is currently in an area with available gsm/network coverage.
