Fmb920 sms error

Hello
I have a 920 device
The device is set and sends location information to the server correctly, but does not respond to any messages
For example
ggps does not respond
Please help me to fix the problem

Hi,

Please kindly check the following.

1. Please make sure that the SMS command structure is correct.
   With login and password configured:
   SMS command structure:

<SMS login><space><SMS password><space><command><space><value>

Example:
login password ggps

Without login and password configured:

<space><space><command><space><value>

Example:
ggps

2. Make sure your device is subscribe to any SMS bundle.
