Fmb920 not sending data1

Hello

I have a FMB920 device. Everything is set up correctly but it is not sending data to the server. I checked the domain and port and they are correct. It even responds to the GGPS command correctly but I cannot find the device in traccar and it does not go online. How do I fix this problem?

Have you checked if your NAT settings (“port forwarding”) and WAN firewall rules of your Traccar server are correct?

Are you using port 5027?

Have you created the device in Traccar and configured it’s IMEI?

Currently 25 other devices are working in traccar and working without any problem only one device has this problem that it is not sending data. The device is defined in traccar but it is always offline. Checked IMEI and port are entered correctly. Yes I am using port 5027

When you go into I/O in the Teltonika Configurator, do you see the Ignition status correctly reflected? GNSS Status = 1 ? GSM Signal >= 2 ? Active GSM Operator showing a number starting with the MCC of your country? ( Mobile country code - Wikipedia )
