FMB920 not sending Data

Hello.

I am Having FMB920 devices which is installed in southern France region and Geneva (Switzerland) area. The vehicle moving in this area. I am having the issue that devices stops to send data at the server. The FMB920 device is a 2G network device. Does this 2G device work in these area which i mentioned above ? can you guide me in this regard.
