FMB920 iginition loop

Hello I’ve no frost freezer and the elctronic board is broken, I would like to use a teltonika device FMB920 as electronic board replacement to control engine on/off and the defroaster, for that I will use 5 pin relay to switch the power between the engine and the defroaster, I would like to config the fmb device to activate the DOUT1 after some hours(5h) of ignition on and turn the DOUT1 OFF after one hour of ignition off(then turn the ignition on). So the Ignition is controlled by DOUT as the Ignition is placed at the 1st output of the relay(if the DOUT is off the ignition is on and if it’s ON the ignition is OFF) so that will put the device in a loop, so then I don’t need to plug and unplug the freezer to power supply.
For that I tried a lot off config, I even tried Eyebeacons but without success. Here is What I tried:
Immobilizer: the relay keep activating and deactivating, Excessive Iddling: scenarios deactivated after ignition OFF and the DOUT is set to off after few seconds(depends on the configured time), no features to control DOUT based on the eyebeacon(like temperature). I even tried with FMB640 but no sucess. Need help
Thanks

I think it’s easiest to implement this scenario on the server side.
If you have a device connected to the AWS IOT service, an decent programmer can do it in a few moments.
Also expanding with remote temperature measurement from EYE-SENSOR will also be easy.

Thank you for your answer.
Yeah I know that solution too cause I’m a developer too. But I would like to implement it locally if possible. And if it’s not possible then I will implement a script on server-side. But the device I’m using has an issue it doesn’t detect a sim card, I think it’s a hard ware issue, and as we cannot use the device for our client I decided to recycle it by using it locally to solve my freezer problem. As I thought there were a way to made a loop.

Hi @mhady

Good day, please try to check this link: Custom Scenarios - Wiki Knowledge Base | Teltonika GPS

Try to create a logic with a custom scenario firmware, the configurator, firmware, and instructions were already available from the link provided.

If this solution does not work please contact your sales or create an HD ticket for the special firmware development.

Thank you very much. This is what I was looking for.
I knew there was a solution for this.
So I will mark this as solved.
