FMB920 FW 03.29 to 04.00 update issue

Hello, so lately I have been trying to update one of my fmb920s via FOTA Web and receiving the error “Device reported error: Device aborted file transfer”. I then tried to update manually via configurator and it kept saying no SD card found. I have updated many of these before and never needed an sd card, I tried resetting the device to factory default but it did not work either. Any help on how to resolve the issue will be greatly appreciated, I am trying to update it from 03.29 rev 18 to 04.00 rev 13
