FMB920 "device not supported"

Hi, I have a problem with the FMB920 device. I bought two used ones and everything is OK with one. I managed to configure it and upload the latest firmware. Unfortunately, the second device does not want to cooperate.
Teltonika Configurator detects it, but reports that it is not supported. Software version FW 03.28.04 Rev:110. I have tried all versions of Configurator but each time the message “not supported” is displayed.
I also tried sending commands via SMS but I do not receive any response from the device.

Please help

Good day, 03.28.04 Rev.110 is a special firmware for specific client, please contact your sales manager to downgrade it to the based firmware.

I bought the device from another user, the company he bought it from no longer exists. Is there no way to upload the correct software? Does this mean the device should be thrown away?

If the company is already closed, try to contact us directly through our website. Provide all the detailed information like the device receipts, the company details, who is your contact person is in that company, etc.
