FMB920 Device Not Sending Data to Platform

Dear Teltonika Support Team,

I’m facing an issue with my FMB920 device, which is currently not sending data to the platform. I have tested both TCP and UDP connections and also tried using Codec 8 and Codec 8 Extended, but the device still shows no response or data transmission to the server.

Could you please advise me on how to troubleshoot or fix this issue?
