Fmb920 connection to a relay

Good day

I bought a Fmb920 and was advised to buy a 3pin relay to immobilize a vehicle but it has not worked, as this our company selling point l kindly seek an instructive document regarding the installation on a fmb920 to a relay and how connections should be and the kind of relay compatible with a fmb920. We have a fmc130 and would be happy to have the diagram of connecting also.

I have the diagram from the sales guy but l need a more elaborative image with your layouts from the fmb920 to the relay.

We tried following that and it never worked. So l need a diagram of the connection between a fmb920 and a relay.

Please ensure that you are using the relay according to the specifications we provided.

As l was speaking to your sales colleague here about the problem that needs addressing. Since you guys are knowledgeable about the product and installation. Remember it’s new to us and training is required. sending pdfs and links isn’t going to help. Your products are good and you need to have a strong support to assist us as we challenges that needs to be addressed in person in relation to the problem. What seems easy to you might not be to me so bear with me as a client and walk me through the processes of showing me via teams/zoom.

Because we have done it and it’s failing, which is a huge embarrassment in front of a client in selling something you don’t have knowledge about. If you’re open l can set a teams/zoom with you so we can go through the wiring so we be on the same page.

Your products are very good but needs improvement on customer support.
