I’ve got a couple of FMB920s that seem to be sending addtional data packets that are confusing my paltform. The device will send a data packet as normal containing all the IO data, then a short time later send another one that contains only the GPS data. I can’t see what I’ve missed in the config that’s causing this, does anyone have any suggestions? They are being sent regardless of vehicle igniton status. screenshots from data parser attached.

I hope you are doing well. By any chance, were you testing the device IOs where you have disabled all the priorities of the parameters from the device? Based on the records, you have received a normal record with all the IOs disabled.
If the same issue persists, suggest that you clear the device memory and update the device to the latest Firmware. Firmware versions can be accessed on this link: Firmware versions - Teltonika Telematics Wiki
If the same issue fails, kindly open a Helpdesk Ticket or coordinate with your Sales Manager to further assist you.
