FMB641 issues after getting it log via RS-485

I have a problem with my fmb641, I used RS485 cable to monitor gps log on my pc, it work good with NMEA protocol and I can see it in my terminal but when I change to log my device won’t work anymore, pc and configurator don’t detect my device. I also removed battery but still do not work.

There is no option in the RS-485 to “log my device“

I mean “log mode” I’m trying to read gps device log.
