FMB641 and TachoGraph

Hello,
I am going to start the work with Tachographs. I am having FMB641 Teltonika device. I am going to download the Tachograph data remotely for which i am doing this wiring (Image Attached). Is it necessary to Connect FMS connection also for downloading Tachograph data ? OR we can get all the Tachograph information and able to download the Tachographs information with this wiring

Yes, I had read this but i am bit confuse in this.

should i need to done both FMS (CAN 1) and Tachograph (CAN 2) wiring to download tachograph files
