Faced a trouble, firmware 01.02.28 on fmb640.
Latest conf downloaded from wiki can’t open the settings, “not supported”.
Help, please.

Could you confirm where you have fetched the Firmware version that you have uploaded from the device? Currently, the latest Firmware version available online for FMB640 is 01.02.27.Rev.06.
In this case, I recommend you contact your sales manager or create an HD ticket.
If you don’t have any contacts with our Sales managers or do not have HD account, please get in touch with them on our official website https://teltonika-gps.com/ and click on the “Contact Us” button. When you click, please fill out the form and submit it.
