FMB204 Shutsdown

My FMB204 seems to shutdown from time to time (randomly).
This happens when the device is disconnected from power. The battery is more than 50%, so it’s not power-related. I have installed the latest firmaware.

Is there any way to track what is happening? Any ideas are welcome! Thank you.

The problem might not be with the device itself. So, before getting into trouble with product sending/replacements etc., it would be beneficial to investigate a couple of issues.

According to the records stored on the server, before the shutdown, there were two issues:

  1. The device had no GPS signal, because it was inside a building.
  2. The device had no GSM/Data, because an issue of the GSM operator (not related to the tracker).
    Could these issues trigger a shutdown of the tracker?


If you can provide the logs to the Regional Support engineers of teltonika they can help you to solve this issue.

Kindly create a helpdesk ticket and submit all the necessary information, device IMEI, logs, dump files, configuration files, sim details, etc.
