Fmb202 challenge with connection and server change

Hello I need help with recommendation to the FOTA WEB, My email address is Skywonder.zed@gmail.com and I also have a challenge with the FMB202 it’s not responding to the SMS commands to change server. The FMB202 using USB it’s showing Not supported on the configurator the version of the device is FW 03.07.07 Rev:00.

I suggest contacting your seller or Teltonika Sales Manager for assistance with FOTA Web access or changing the registered email address, as such requests are not handled through the Crowd Support Forum.

Regarding your issue, could you please confirm which SMS command you are using to change the server? Also, are you receiving responses from the device for other commands such as getinfo or getstatus ?

To configure the primary server domain and port, you can use the following SMS command:

setparam 2004:newdomain;2005:newport;

For the getinfo command:

  • If SMS login and password are configured:
    login password getinfo
  • If SMS login and password are not configured, leave two spaces before the command:
    getinfo

As you are using an older firmware version, it may show as “Not Supported” . In that case, you need to use the same configurator version first to firmware upgrade to latest and such requests should be handled through a Helpdesk ticket rather than the Crowd Support Forum. As we can share older firmware and configurator here.

Well noted with thanks. Please note that the other devices were purchased from an auction sale. Hence the reason why am unable to access them on FOTA WEB. and I would really appreciate it if you could share with me the configurator for the old version. Am not getting any feedback when I send commands to the devices
