Hello,

Can you help me out for configuring the FMB140 device with the CAN BUS of the vehicle to get the values of FUEL.

I need the wiring diagram for FMB140 device with the vehicle CAN BUS.

and also share me the material OR document which you think i will need to configure the device for FUEL monitoring

Good day, Kindly check the supported vehicle list for FMB140:

  • To download the xlsx version of supported vehicle list for FMB140 and FMB240 LV-CAN, click here.
  • To download the xlsx version of supported vehicle list for FMB140 and FMB240 ALL-CAN, click here.

In case the vehicle is not on the list you need to find the CAN lines and perform the auto-scan: FMB140 auto-scan feature instructions - Wiki Knowledge Base | Teltonika GPS (teltonika-gps.com)

Is it possible i can connect the FMB140 device directly with vehicle CAN bus without using the LV-CAN200/300 or ALL-CAN ?

Yes, FMB140 have built in CAN adapter it depends on the model of your FMX140.

The type of FMB140 can be seen from the FOTAWEB:

Other way is to send the lvcangetinfo and send the response to your regional technical support or to your sales manager.
