FMB130 - Unlock code required for a second-hand device

Hello Teltonika Support Team,

I recently purchased a second-hand FMB130 tracker for my personal project. Unfortunately, upon connecting it to the Teltonika Configurator, I discovered that the device is password-protected by the previous owner/company.

Since it is a used device from the aftermarket, I have no way of contacting the previous owner to obtain the password or ask them to reset it.

Could you please assist me with an unlock code so I can factory reset the device and configure it for my own use?

  • Model: FMB130

  • Firmware: 03.27.13 Rev:03

  • IMEI: 359633103041161

I already have the unlock request code generated by the Configurator ready (starting with C142086I…). Please let me know if I should provide the full code here or send it via Private Message for security reasons.

Please note that, to obtain the device unlock password, you will need access to FOTA. If you have FOTA access, you can unlock the device directly without the involvement of Teltonika Support. Therefore, we recommend contacting the seller or the party from whom the device was purchased to request the required FOTA access or assistance with unlocking the device.

Also, we cannot provide the device unlock password through public platforms. To process an unlock request through Teltonika Support, we may require an NOC from the original buyer/owner, and the request must be submitted through the Helpdesk portal.

Therefore, the available options to unlock the device are:

  1. Use FOTA access to unlock the device directly.
  2. Contact the seller/original buyer for assistance or FOTA access.
  3. Submit a request through the Helpdesk portal, along with the required NOC from the original buyer/owner.
