Is it possible to use Immobilizer & Ibutton using Teltonika FMB125 tracker or i can only achieve that using FMB130 only?

yes, you can, both FMC130 and FMC125 support 1 Wire interface
you can use any device from Teltonika fleet which has a 1wire interface,
