i have a fmb 122 tracker and i need the software for it i tryed all the software on the download page but they all say not supported can annyone help me out?

The configurator should be available via helpdesk or through your sales manager, do you have access to FOTAWEB?
If you have please insert the sim to the device.

Download the latest firmware for FMB122
send the web_connect command to execute the task.
Note: If you don’t have the access to FOTAWEB you can contact us to get the configurator for your device.
