FMB122 - can't reach via Configurator

I have an FMB122 with a firmware 3.10. I try to connect with the configurator 1.77.72 but get an error message:
failed to get status transfer protocol feature

Tried different usb-cables. I don’t have any problems with the other FMB122, FMB125 or FMB130.

Might it be a firmware problem? Can I update the firmware somehow else?
Or is there an older configurator I can use?
