I updated the firmware of FMB120 to this firmware version FMB.Ver.04.00.00.Rev.13.e.xim, now having issues with the device not returning to “setdigout 0” after command sent both SMS and GPRS
How can this be resolved?

Hello @SmartFleet,

I hope you are doing well. GPRS commands, the device connection with your platform should be established otherwise the device would not respond to it.

On the other hand, SMS commands the device should have an SMS package so it can respond to the command else the device would just activate it given that Authorized Number is not set and SMS user and password were correct.
