I am in the process of configuring a couple of FMB020 trackers and have noticed when I attempt to configure the devices using any of the available configurators from Teltonika I get the message ‘Not Supported’.
The devices are currently running the firmware version: 03.28.03.Rev.372. I believe this could be the cause of the issue, would you be able to provide a link to the correct configurator version if this is the case so I can update the devices firmware?

Can you get the device online and update the FW with FOTA web?

Unfortunately I do not currently have access to FOTA, I am not sure if the distributor I bought the devices from have used some type of custom firmware on them beforehand (if this even possible).
